Really appreciate you sharing this and the strong recommendation! Relocating internationally is one of the toughest housing situations to navigate, so it means a lot to hear the leasing process and team responsiveness gave you peace of mind before even landing. An apartment that matched the listing paired with a smooth move-in is really the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're glad it made settling into NYC feel manageable. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the recommendation! Being there both in person and on the phone during move-in is the kind of support we aim to deliver, since that's usually when people need it most. Sending clear instructions and FAQs ahead of time is one of the ways we try to take the guesswork out of the transition, so we're glad that helped make things smooth on your end. Take care, The Roomrs Team
