Really appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed review! Six months in Crown Heights with natural light, a renovated aesthetic, efficient AC, and a great shower is really the full apartment experience working as intended. The random roommate piece can feel like a leap going in, so it's good to hear that side worked out for the most part too.
