Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the strong recommendation! Helping international students land in NYC with a place that matches what was advertised and a strong location is exactly what we aim for, since those early weeks really set the tone for the whole experience. Quick maintenance turnaround and a team that's actually available when you need them is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you calling that out. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! An easy move-in and move-out, a furnished setup that's ready for someone new to the city, and quick customer service are all things we aim to deliver consistently, so it's great to hear all three came through for you. Hope to have the chance to host you again down the line. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for sharing this! A move where all you need to bring is your clothes is exactly the kind of experience Roomrs is built to deliver, especially for someone with a short window before grad school starts. A quick, helpful leasing and property management team, a well-furnished unit that matches the listing, and good roommates in North Williamsburg is really the full package coming together. Glad it all worked out. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the strong recommendation! Removing the stress of buying furniture and dishware on top of everything else that comes with moving to a big city is exactly what Roomrs was built for, so it's great to hear that came through during your stay. Efficient, attentive customer service is the standard we hold the team to, and we're glad the minor issues that did come up were handled in a timely way. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! Making a cross-country move from France for just a few months is no small thing, so it's great to hear the building, room, and furnishings all came together to make the transition feel easy. That ease of arrival is exactly what we aim to deliver, especially for short-term international stays. Hope to have the chance to host you again whenever the next trip to NYC comes up. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! Skipping the furniture-buying step entirely, getting good roommates, and quick turnaround on the few maintenance issues that did come up is really the full Roomrs experience working as intended. We aim to keep those maintenance moments rare in the first place, so it's great to hear that landed for you too. Thanks, The Roomrs Team
