Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the strong recommendation! Coordinating a move to NYC from India is no small thing, so it really means a lot to hear the process felt seamless from that distance. Professional, helpful support across sales, leasing, and customer service is the standard we hold the team to, and we're glad that came through for you. The team will appreciate the kind words. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the thoughtful review and the recommendation! An easy application process and virtual tours that match what you actually move into are exactly what we aim for, especially for international members coming in for short stays like internships or studies. We appreciate the honest feedback on cleanliness and the roommate introduction process too - those are areas we continue to think about as we look for ways to improve the experience. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such an enthusiastic review! Helping students who are new to the city get a strong start is one of the things we care most about, since those early weeks can be overwhelming without the right setup. Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the strong recommendation! Moving to NYC for grad school is a big transition, so it's great to hear the online application and signing process helped take some of the anxiety out of it. Being able to email actual humans and sort things out quickly is a standard we hold the team to, since that's exactly when responsiveness matters most. We're glad the early maintenance issues were handled within the week, and we appreciate you flagging that too. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such an enthusiastic review and the strong recommendation! Taking a leap on a year lease, especially as a first-time renter in NYC, is no small thing, so it really means a lot to hear the process felt smooth from start to finish. Quick issue resolution and clear communication are standards we hold the team to consistently, since you're right that they can be rare in this city. Glad the apartment, roommates, and location all came together to make it a great year. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for such an enthusiastic review and the 5 stars! Williamsburg is a great neighborhood and we're glad the location lived up to it, especially with McCarren Park, brunch spots, and bars all in reach. A cozy, well-maintained room paired with friendly roommates and a rooftop with sunset views is really the full coliving experience working as intended, and we appreciate you calling all of it out. Take care, The Roomrs Team
