I have bought several things on Roolee! They have amazing prices, and great customer service! I ordered something one day and it didn't fit after I got it and they worked with me and they were so helpful! They accepted my return and quickly refunded me! I'd never heard of Roolee before but came across a dress I wanted on Google Images. I was in two minds about ordering because I couldn't seem to find any reviews for the website itself. I did a few checks and they have a contact number and address and the website itself is secure so I decided to bite the bullet and order some items. Delivery was quick and I was provided with tracking information. Items arrived and they were of very good quality. One of the dresses did not fit well so I decided to return it for a refund. The process itself was simple enough, I filled out a form and sent the item back, at my own cost. A few days later I received my refund. Very happy with the service and products, would happily shop from here again. :)
