Beware of the optional sneaky $20 "shipping protection" charge that will be automatically added to your order. It's the first time I see a business do something like this and I find it dishonest -- they don't let you know it's an optional charge. The quality of the dresses is poor for the price (buttons crumbled, stitches ripped while trying on carefully). I ended up returning 10/11 items I ordered as a "try on."

They have some cute stuff but sizing is all over the place, they should list size of model and size she's wearing like so many other sites do now. I love the try on at home option but hate that you have to pay return shipping that's sky high!! I would have taken a credit/gift card instead of a refund if they'd offered not to charge for return shipping. I will likely not order from them again unless I am 100% sure I'll keep the item, hard to do with an online purchase.

Same old story it seems. Bought a lovely coat- absolutely adored it- literally fell apart after 2 weeks of wear. Customer service offered like 20% credit or some b.s. - even with photos of the appalling craftsmanship. I leave a bad review on the coat every week or so. It never gets published! #scam

My items are fine, but not great. What was most frustrating is the returns. I would be getting only about half my money back to return my items. Will not ever order from here again.

Honestly, if you have a Roolee store near you, then try the clothes on and make sure you like the fit and quality. I live in California so I didn't have that option. The problem I had was that the clothes felt reallyyy super cheap for the price they were charging; cute, yes but super cheap material that does not feel nice on the skin. Second, the sizing was way out of wack. I ordered 3 shirts, all in small and only one fit the way it was supposed to. The other two shirts fit like a large and the website had not listen these shirts as oversized or anything.

I purchased a pair of sandals on June 16th and received them on June 26th. They were way too small so I called them on July 25th to see if I can return or exchange them. I was told no that I was past my 30 day window even though the items weren’t received until June 26th and that I couldn’t exchange them because their merchandise sells out too quickly? This seems absurd and not customer friendly at all. Now I’m stuck with a pair of $70 sandals that I can’t even wear.
