The best customer service I have had probably ever. We had a few issues come up on our roofnest mattresses that came in our tent where the lamination started to peel off before we even used it. The had speedy email responses and shipped us a new one immediately. This issue happened twice and from the time I shared issue to the time I received the new products was about 2-3 business days. After purchasing the Roofnest Condor 2 XXL, I faced a real challenge finding the right bed rack for my Nissan Titan that would meet the required specifications. We purchased our Roofnest during COVID and have used it a lot over the past six years. Recently we were camping at a NASCAR race in Martinsville VA. There was a storm rolled through and we experienced almost 50degree temp change in about 5 hours. The wind was 15-20 MPH with gusts around 30 MPH. We had to rachet down the ladder because the wind was lifting it up off the ground. I thought for sure I would get up in the morning and it would be ripped to shreds. It never leaked and was in perfect shape. Other than the clear coat is flaking off, the tent is still great.

Love my tent. Initially had a shipping issue and their support team was on it.

Great tent and very good product support. They answer the phone and have been very helpful. My family loves the tent. Roofnest Rocks!
