This is my 5th purchase, would like to see different packaging to avoid delivery damage. But other than that these Wirkin bags are beautiful durable leather bags with great colors. And when my package came damaged, I received continued and immediate responses for my discount with Molly. Overall 8 out of 10

Product not made of leather, it's a lie your description, the bag values 20$ not over 100$, no certificate for the leather, no specific label, it's just a shity textile bag, you're lying to your customers! Shame on you

Purse is artificial leather.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the material did not meet your expectations. This purse is made from fullgrain leather for sure, rather than artificial leather. Since the surface finish may sometimes feel different from traditional leather, please contact us with your order number and a few photos so we can verify the item and provide a suitable solution.

Without a doubt, the product is well-made, sturdy, really a beautiful piece. Shipping was faster than expected, which is always a great surprise. Customer support was also prompt and helpful. I will definitely be going back to purchase more bags. This was a great experience overall, and the product is beautiful, I love it!
