The company is a total scam. Order was never delivered. Sent a few emails, which were not answered. The last email I sent, I got a very nasty response: item was delivered, it’s not our fault that you can’t find it in the building,l

Product not made of leather, it's a lie your description, the bag values 20$ not over 100$, no certificate for the leather, no specific label, it's just a shity textile bag, you're lying to your customers! Shame on you

Worst company ever! Do not shop! Their shipping company gave my bag to someone I don’t know who didn’t give me information just photos of the building with a hand holding it! Honestly I didn’t know it was coming and when I saw it was delivered it was a day later if someone left it for me I couldn’t find it and left for a trip! I didn’t receive it and I tried to contact several times they just say dear our part is done they are hands down the worst company ever all for a fake bag I have to go through this and it sucks I really wanted it

Je me répète : INADMISSIBLE.
