Not Leather even if it says it is
One bag was great, but the black tote bag does not feel like leather and seems smaller than advertised. I won’t order from here again.

Hi Amy, We’re sorry that the black tote bag did not feel or fit as expected. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially since you were happy with the other bag. We’d like to investigate the material and size of the item you received. Please send us a few photos of the bag and its measurements, and we’ll compare them with the product specifications and help you with a suitable resolution. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into this.

Packaging could be better
Packaging could be better. A few damages from bad packaging. No stamps. Cheap quality accessories.
