This is my 3rd ebike. The performance and control of the RollRoad Emma 4.0 is far superior than anything I've ridden. Amazing bike.

There are many great things to say about my Roll Road Emma 4.0. It’s a great value for the money that’s hard to beat. And above all else is their customer service. While shopping around for an ebike I made several calls to various brands, and only one consistently answered the phone when I called—Roll Road! Keep up the great customer service!

I love this bike! The bike arrived needing some assembly but everything was so well marked and labeled that the assembly was a breeze. The attention to detail was obvious from the start. I have owned several other brands, but the Roll Road quality stands out above the competition. What I love most is the power and the smooth ride. The front and rear shocks are amazing! The battery life is also outstanding. I am looking forward to years of enjoyment. 😊😊

Customer service is awsome. Its an amazing feeling when the company backs their products and is willing to provide stress free communications. I had to contact after sales support team for some issues and they were responsive and courteous. After several text messages, they sorted out all my issues, sent a replacement part and all without any stress. I would buy another ebike from them. What's it like after 8 months of ownership? Well, I live in hill country with many private bumpy roads and slopes up to 15 degrees (27% slope) which is very steep. The Leon can easily ride 2-up those hills with ease and without a running start. Dual drive is the way to go. If you want a realiable 2-up riding, this ebike has plenty of power. Riding the Leon in San Pedro and Ocean Side on the bicycle path and the beach drew no attention from the cops monitoring the path. I was worried about the strict enforcement of the California Ebike law. Longer rides, anything over 1 hour, the seat does start to feel a bit hard but we just stop and walk around. I continue to enjoy riding my Leon solo and 2-up. Nothing to repair so far, not even the tire. Yes, I do offroad on trials and the suspension is "ok" but on the stiff side. Our longest ride was 25 miles and it did great without any issues. Overall thoughts: Leon is reliable, powerful, easy to ride and backed by a reputable company. The looks won't attract unwanted attention.

The Emma 4.0 got delivered three days ago. It really is incredible. I am 6’2 315lbs and it is real comfortable for my size. It’s got great speed and pedal assist. A rep from roll-road has been in communication since before it was delivered and through the whole process. They answered every question I had very quickly. The pictures and videos don’t do it justice. Any big guys and gals out there looking for a nice ride and great quality, or for anyone in general, I highly recommend getting an Emma 4.0. The only issues I had are the assembly is pretty easy but the rack has to be perfectly positioned to attach correctly and the seat has some hard to reach bolts. The instructions and YouTube videos could be a little more in-depth. I work in the trades so I figured it out on my own but someone with limited mechanical skill would struggle. Still giving 5 stars because of the service and how awesome the bike is.

Great bike, battery issue they resolved it fast

I purchased the Shark 3.0. This bike is FAST. The support is very quick and I got the bike within 3 days (I am local SoCal to their warehouse). Feels very very sturdy but not too heavy like my other one.
