I like how the pieces are cut very well to fit and snap together. But, it is very hard to follow the directions when I am working with the dark wood pieces. It's hard to follow the steps when the dark colors run together. I am specifically talking about building the large chest in the garage room.

Pieces in book nook kit do not line up. Significant waste of time and money for the whole thing to collapse at the end. Avoid.

The instructions did not make it clear there was a protective film on the outside of the greenhouse cover for Cathy's flower shop which needed to be removed. Hence my model is not clear perspex but opaque.

I bought a Christmas music box. It is now February and I still can't complete it. Two pieces were broken so I went through all the steps they required to get replacements back in December. I finally received a package in mid January only to find that they only sent one piece. I have been in contact with them again and no one seems to be willing to tell me if and when I will receive the other part. VERY FRUSTRATING
