Disappointment
My first book nook was the beyond library Max from Minicity, I was unsure about the company since it looked like a counterfeit version. It was a blast, the stickers were nice, the glue was perfect, the wood parts were pretty solid overall. The instructions were in japanese and english but very clear. After this good experience I wanted to try the real thing and ask for Christmas The Rolife mini cafe. While opening the box I quickly saw the drop in quality, no stickers, the wood parts were fragile, the glue was bad quality, the instructions while in a lot of languages were hard to understand. I didn't believe my eyes when I saw the sheets of thin papers that we have to glue. Immediately after gluing the first sheet, i knew the result would look medium at best and I immediately put everything in the box. The only reason why i didn't throw it is because I already feel bad for the person who gifted me this. If this one would have been my first diy miniature, I would have never bought another one.
