I received an email saying it shipped with a tracking number but every time I check it says USPS hasn't received package and its been over a week. Only way to contact is through email and they dont respond. Pretty sure I got scammed!

I received my order within two weeks and liked the items, except they didn't fit. I want to return them for another size, but I can't find how to do that! Please send information!

I slip one on in the morning to let my dogs out. They are easy and comfortable. Also in the hot weather they are cool to wear. No waist band.
