Bought a sweatshirt to test these guys out. $55.00 and a month later it finally arrived. The size was WAY too small. They say 30 days for returns on website but it’s NOT TRUE! They refuse to refund my money asking for additional funds to send a different size and to keep the one they sent. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOLKS. TERRIBLE QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

**Updated 11-5-22** Since I posted below, Rofye got back to me by email that, yes, I could return but it's not worth it since I'd be paying shipping to Dubai. They originally offered me $12 compensation, then upped it to $24, and finally agreed to refund me $36 — just a small portion of the cost. Total misrepresentation on their website that they accept returns. In fact, they do not. ********** So frustrated with Rofye. I cannot get an answer on how to do a return. I ordered 3 tops—all size Small. One fit perfectly and I love it. Gorgeous colors. The other two are baggy and they gape, sleeves way too long. I wrote to the CS email (the only contact info they offer), who wrote back, keep the items and they'll credit me $12. I declined. I cannot wear these garments. Rofye website says they accept returns up to 30 days. CS has stopped responding. Their FB outreach person messaged me once that they would let CS know... then stopped responding on FB. I'm stuck. Rofye, can you help please.
