RockWalletReviews of rockwallet.com

I only started using Rock Wallet just over a week ago. I’ve made numerous buy and send transactions with Bitcoin and Ethereum. The transactions were instant and Bitcoin fees were considerably lower than other exchanges. Support has been instant and helpful. I see complaints most a year old and one six months. I understand they recently got a new wallet. Rock Wallet Simplified. Make sure you get that one. In my opinion so far Rock Wallet Rocks!

I've been with Rockwallet practically from Day 1 several years ago. I was surprised to find this Review site and see the negative listings - especially regarding Customer Support. My experience, and the experience of about a dozen of my closest friends and family has been great. (I actually just asked several of them - all 5 stars from them as well). No problems with customer support - always quick to respond. Only real issue was once a Credit Card kept not working - seems the issuer was blocking crypto purchases - so not Rockwallet's fault, and they helped me to understand. Anyway - great wallet to Buy, Sell, Swap Crypto on. One of the only sites in the USA you can get BitcoinSV on (possibly why the bad reviews since BTC Maxis seem upset about BSV's existence for some reason). They are also releasing a new V2.0 that I just transitioned to. FASTEST onboarding I have had since I started in Crypto back in 2013. I just have to believe these bad reviews are just haters - because my experience has been great. I suggest people try it before they judge.

I had an issue with my rockwallet and I couldn't restore my wallet. I worked with rockwallet support and they were very patient, despite me acting somewhat frantic. They checked into my situation and helped me figure it out. Thanks for the professionalism rockwallet security and support 👍
