I guess they got me for $2800. Tried to sell after it dropped some & could not return it to my bank account or exercise it in bit pay. Now installed the new app but cannot install the old app to transfer even though I tried before the deadline. New app shows a 0 balance, should be about $2000 in today's rate.

Do not use this company. They do not honor their arbitration clause. You will have directly file with the AAA.

Try trusted crypto sites.. They will disable your account, while you have crypto. They will not give you an explanation.. The reason I got (it was a business decision).. LMAO

Total scam they are stealing money wouldn't doubt a lawsuit in the near future. Bought $60 worth of bitcoin and right after the purchase $8 was missing I mean I know it fluctuates a bit but $8 right after the purchase was ridiculous and now I have $51 in bitcoin that they won't let me sell and cash out to my linked bank account. They keep telling me to lower the amount I'm trying to withdraw which is absolutely ridiculous and part of their scam. Can't wait for class action lawsuit to join against these big time scammers. I asked to speak to someone who can close my account and give me my money and they said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. Yeah right seems to me they are just going to keep my money.

I have had such a good experience with rock wallet know i think difference they cannot rollover my limit and we are back and forth communication. This is really bad customer service . I have given thirty. Ame to over 50 people and 20 of them use them as well . Till know having these issues. That is ashamed.

This is a total scam. I deposited $30 and after fees it is now around $28 and they won't let me take it back out or send it anywhere. Their site says a minimum of $0.00 to send crypto, but when I try, a pop up comes out and says minimum of $30 to send. So I'd have to deposit a other $30 to get my $28 back

In my experience with RockWallet, the fees are incredibly high, lots of issues with withdrawing and transferring, and also cannot sell supposedly in my state back to my bank acct. I also tried converting some to ETH in order to use as gas and the system does not recognize what I have in my wallet and keeps saying "you don't have enough USDC....". And no amount of email, calls and chats resolved these issues. Just a bunch of mumbo jumbo form responses.
