This place is absolutely horrible. I bought a PA with 12" speakers. I get it and the speakers blow out. I call support, they tell me to package them up and return them and they'll ship me out new ones. I do, I receive the new replacement speakers and they blow out too. Not to mention the PA came with two mics, one mic didn't work and the other the cap fell off. Back to support, I call again and the support rep tells me I am only allowed to turn it up to 70%. I'm like what, what is your name? Rockville, do you want to rock? the rep ended up arguing endlessly and finally hung up on me. I asked him before he hung up if I bought the same PA with the 10" speakers where would I be, at 50%? the equipment is garbage. Just take the time and buy from a more reputable company. I'm stuck with this garbage equipment and out $500 plus endless time and energy. Support is horrible and will even hang up on you. That's like me buying a new oven that goes to 450 and being told the hottest I can use it is at 350. They should never sell equipment that can't handle the power it's advertised as. Very poor quality and customer service. One more thing the same PA comes with 15" speakers and I asked him what advantage I would have with the 15" speakers. He told me lower impedance but still only 70% volume. So I would of paid even more money for those, no output increase and they probably would blow out too. Very disappointed and I'll never give Rockville my business again.

I made a big order on this website for acoustics and an amplifier for my boat! The store sent the order in 3 different packages. As a result, I was given erroneous very cheap speakers, but they did not send expensive outdoor speakers for the boat. I contacted the support service on the store's website and outlined the essence of the problem! I offered them to send me the product that they did not send and sent the wrong one! To which the answer was given to me: WE DECIDED THAT YOU CAN KEEP THE WRONG PRODUCT AND PLACE A NEW ORDER ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE PRODUCT YOU NEED! I don't agree with this situation - that's why I'm writing this review about this store! Not only does the product I need cost 203 USD, but the one that was sent by mistake costs 37 USD. I was very disappointed in the loyalty and customer service of this online store (((

First time buying from them and, LAST! $150.00 flushed down the drain! As soon as it turned on it started smoking. I work hard for my money! Tech told me, click! Hanged up the phone on me cause they know the amp is garbadge! Did'nt even get to plug my sub up! Please don't take the chance, there are a lot of other amp brands out there that really work and care about there product and customers. Yes they cost a little more but, you will be happy and problem free! ROCKVILLE AUDIO IS PURE GARBADGE!!! I am going to make sure all car audio enthusiasts are aware of this garbadge they are selling! I bought the (DB13) and didn't even get to plug speaker in and it started smoking! 😓 All I wanted was to make it right, wasn't looking for a replacement, just make it right! Amp is brand new right out of the box. Tech did not even listen to me. I am 61yrs old and was trying to make car complete for a gift to someone. He hanged up the phone on me. I really thought they were going to help me. Sad, how people don't care once they have your money. The way this was handled was so wrong! People need to know this. I am retired and my money is really tight. Please don't take the chance, I did it for you already so you don't have too. 😓

To my customers, I first apologize for recommending any or installation of any product they sell. I can fix or replace amplifier or electrical components that have failed as they have failed me. First no remote. That’s a paper without a pen. Not taking care of first issue until after 2 days into warranty of a year the amplifier theater system failed they then offered me the remote. Foul customer service and not abiding by their warranty. To not replace a low costing unit as the warranty from an incomplete system was not taken care of. This would kept problem under the original warranty that they decided to ignore as any problems until then would be under warranty they provided until resolved. They used a paste paragraph until they knew they were wrong. Then I received in the politest response they could muster, sorry I see your point and was decided no. We are talking about hundreds of customers that I used this incompetent company’s equipment on. I fixed mine seeing that they never even had a line to the optical input. A&W modified has sent that we will fix any Rockville issues to our customers. Maybe others to show them dignity and loyalty go far. D Schmitt (owner)

I bought a soundbar from them. It wouldn't connect within a month. I sent emails that were completely ignored. Do not recommend shopping with them.

This is the worst purchase in my entire life!! They falsely advertised that they have bluetooth. That was a lie!! You cant pair your stereo with these speakers!! The only thing you can pair is a smart phone. That is nice if you have bookshelf speakers but these are advertised as home stereo speakers. Also since the bluetooth didnt work they don't have plugs in the speakers to hard wire regular wires from your stereo. I tried to get these speakers to work and none of the outputs worked. These speakers are now useless!! And i'm mad that I wasted my money!!! I should have looked at the reviews outside amazon. This product need to be taken off the amazon platform!! I tried to ask for a refund from the company and they refused!! I will never buy anything without checking the reviews on the product. I can't trust Amazon either they are in it for the money!!

I first purchased a set of TM-150s September 16, 2021 and the remote was broken out of the box. After going back and forth for several months and 25+ emails later I received an order number March 10, 2022 for the replacement remote. It is now January 9, 2023 and still no remote and at least another 6 emails with their support. I have boxed up the speakers and they are sitting in the attic where they are about as useful as they were in my living room. I do not recommend this company for its customer support or the quality of their products. Note the date of the review requires it to be within 12 months. Since I have been waiting 16 months I used the 12 from months from today.
