I purchased the TM80B tower speakers in July on 2023. By Sept of 2023 the second tower completely stopped working. Customer service did fine to offer replacement; can't recall who paid for shipping. Replacements lasted 13 months before emitting a deafening blare anytime they are turned on. I tried changing cables, changing outlets, nothing fixed the issue. Reps said that it was outside the warranty and the only thing they could recommend was replacing the amp board, which cost 1/3 of the original speaker price. I left a 3 star review on their website for those speakers indicating they sound great when they work, but going through two sets within a year and a half was not a good look. Conveniently, my review never made it to their website. Only 4-5 star reviews are posted.

Rockville Audio 👎🏽 I’m pretty good at giving customer service their chance to fix things. First off, I ordered a mic isolation shield and stand as I left town for a family get together, expecting the product (two weeks later) to be there upon return. No product! I had to call and ask about delivery. Then the stand arrives, no shield. Call again - it gets sent. So from ordering to delivery, over a month - which I have to say in todays Amazon world is simply unacceptable. Further - the shield was broken - I’ve called about getting replacement and was told they’ll push my issue up the ladder for an outcome. Newsflash to potential buyers: When you hear that from customer service you know you’re screwed. Sweetwater - I always buy here, but I tried Rockville … big mistake. As a former employee of this organization, I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company. Rockville and Audiosavings operate under the same management and mislead consumers regarding their products. A significant percentage of audio items fail shortly after purchase, often just after the one-year warranty expires. Most components are cheaply sourced overseas and fail once they warm up. Save yourself time and money by investing in higher-quality audio gear that will last for years. Even within the warranty period, the company requires consumers to pay shipping fees to return defective products—if you even make it that far. Companies like this one should not exist and should be shut down. The owners are dishonest and make false promises. For years, colleagues and I were promised raises that never materialized, even as our workload increased. During review time, they cite unmet metrics to justify zero compensation for the extra work. Avoid supporting this company and warn others to steer clear. They exploit both consumers and employees alike.

Rockville, audio is a scam. You buy their stereo. They break down they tell you that they're gonna send you a discount ticket to return it to repair. They don't, then you send it out. It costs you about $85 to send it out. Through the Better Business Bureau that you can look up on this company. They don't stand behind when they say they're gonna send you a ticket to send their product back. You have to pay for it. It costs you about $90, which you get ripped off on because they don't pay you back. They've been selling faulty products. Nobody's been doing anything about it the h.T s 56 theater system is faulty and they still sell them Somebody needs to go to jail because they're ripping off the American people. Rockville is a subsidiary of auduosavings.com. Bought a Kicker sub from them that stopped working within 7 months. Initially was told it would take 3-5 business days and if they couldn't repair it they would send me a new one. After them having it for 21 days and multiple emails to them, they tell me they don't have the sub in stock but could offer a store credit. Told them to just refund my money and they refuse. Odd thing is you can go to both websites which show the item in stock and can add it to your cart to purchase. Of course when told that, they say that must be an error and eventually they'll have some more in stock at some mysterious unknown date. Hate this place.

Seems like I'm not the only person with this experience....bought the titan array and the sub came already blown...you could smell burnt ferrofluid when opening box...I dont know what kind of scam company this is...they said I could box up and return to my local UPS...so I need to carry a 100lb package to a store because of your lack of quality or whatever KMA...they wouldn't swing for the 13$ pick up fee...never ever will buy a thing from this company...im sorry I cheated on you EV....you get what you pay for....save your money people...or purchase and get blown used speakers....definitely worth a complaint to the BBB labeling things as new and they are already toast....scam

Keep changing delivery dates and use shipper that is hard to track DHL my package that was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago from Ga. to NC has been changed once again to July 6th 24hr customer service no help just that is the way it is. order place June 24th 2024 free shipping. That was there offer if place in a certain time.

I wish I could give 0, stay away. Will waste your money and your time. Spend 3+ weeks trying to get a refund. Don’t buy.
