I went to a Rockport store in Portugal and they did not have a shoe my size. I sent an email to the company in Portugal and they went above and beyond to find me my size for a special occasion and were able to find the shoe in my size. The service was excellent and the shoes, as always are very comfortable. Thank you!

I bought 3 pairs of dress shoes from Rockport to try out different colors and sizes, and settled on the pair I like the most. Returning the other 2 was easy and the pair I settled on is very comfortable. Will be coming back for my next purchase.
