Bought a pair of mens hiking/winter boots Rockport XCS in 2021. Had to have the right sole repaired as the uppers pulled away from the base in winter 2021. This year 2022, same thing happened with the left. Not buying another one. These boots are crap.

I ordered a genuine pair of US7.5w Rockport Sandals through Amazon online, which were the same size as my old tired pair. They were too small. Amazon would take them back and give a postage deducted refund. Not acceptable. Contacted Rockport direct on four occasions Promised the world but NO joy. Last resort could I exchange at a Rockport outlet. No response. Totally Frustrated by lack of support by Rockport. Des

Bought shoes at Rockport.com within 2 weeks the soul came completely off as if there was no glue or stitches, tried costumer service they suck nothing has been done I'm out 120.00 $ and have to buy another brand, never again will I buy Rockport

I would give them a 0 if I could they have the worst customer service ever the worst return process the worst correction of wrong orders unbelievable I have sent 4 emails to get the correct shoes sent to me and it's still not being corrected they actually set me the wrong shoes and they sent one shoe instead of 2 not even the model i ordered. I can't get these boneheads to replace the freaking shoe with the correct shoes plural as in 2 shoes not 1 they sent

I recently ordered a pair of Rockport captoe dress shoes from their website. I received an email notification that my shoes were delivered but never arrived. I called the customer service number and they had no answers. I emailed several times about my refund and have not heard back. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Stay away!!

No comfort from these shoes, soles of feet so soar that I had to throw these shoes in the bin, cheaply made with no support from the soles of the shoes, quite a narrow fit, uncomfortable when walking.

Got my Rockport shoes out to wear after the Summer only to find the insoles had completely crumbled like dried up mud. What on earth type of material are they using.

I have been a Rockport customer since 1985. They are the only brand of shoes I have worn on a daily basis for the past 37 years. I usually buy from a retailer, but I started getting ads from them on social media and thought I would give direct ordering a try. I now regret this. My most recent purchase was for 2 pairs of shoes. One pair came. The other never did. I emailed 3 times to "consumer care." No reply until I threatened to do what I am doing now. But all I got was a "boiler plate" email reply for every possible complaint. I felt ripped off. Today, I finally got an email saying that they were out of stock on one pair- but that didn't stop them from taking the order in the first place. I'm now 20 minutes on hold for their "customer care" line. Consumer beware. If there is a problem with your order, they are going to blow you off until you make trouble. My advice,- don't buy direct from Rockport. Great shoes. Horrible customer service. PS: after >20 minutes on hold with "consumer care", I was told that the company has "numerous issues" and "system failures" they are dealing with and that's that. I asked why they continue to advertise for more business when they can't fulfill the orders they have. Answer: "we can't shut down our business." I asked to speak with a supervisor or for management feedback. "No one is available...and they are already aware of the problems." Again, consumer beware. Rockport is "having numerous issues" and "system failures." If you really want a Rockport product, I would suggest you buy from a trusted retailer.
