There is a huge difference in how hard an full my erection is when I use this product. The best way to describe it is "without it, it's like driving with a flat tire, but with the medication the tire is filled an can get u where u need to be.". With continuous use of the medication, the tire will stay good. I usually take a dose every other day. Once I run out an don't take a pill for 3 or 4 days the tire becomes flat once again. This is an excellent product for men who want to have sex, bit have issues with blood flow. I smoke cigarettes and I'm 45 yrs old so I have restricted blood flow, but this product makes me have a healthy full erection like I'm 17 yrs old again, an I haven't noticed any side affects at all. 100% worth the money
