I cancelled my subscription yet they billed me and shipped the product well after cancelation. When I called they replied cancelling subscriptions does not cancel orders and refused to refund. Be aware of this scam.

Please allow us to clarify the difference between FedEx Two Day and our USPS options. While FedEx Two Day is a promised two business days for delivery, USPS is between 2 to 5 business days.

Charged full amount didn't get order or prescribed and ignored by customer service.
I submitted an order for tadalafil. I was then told I would have to schedule a follow-up video consultation, which I wasn't keen on doing. I was still charged the full amount even though I have not been prescribed yet, and requested a refund as their policy states they will refund because I have not been prescribed and didn't receive anything.
I emailed and called their support team 3 times and it has been 4 days and I have heard NOTHING. This is just a scam at this point, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank. TERRIBLE customer service and frankly, overpriced anyways.

We’d like to clarify that in certain states, a video consultation is required in order for a prescription to be issued via telemedicine. While an order can be placed initially, the prescription itself remains on hold and is not issued unless and until that consultation is completed.

They don't answer emails or mail sent by their website form.
The business address if you look on Google Maps at their business and pharmacy address, seems to be a back alley kind of place with auto shops and other things not particularly medical looking.
ON their AboutUS page about the pharmacy it says: License: PH31739
License Expiration Date: 2/28/2025
SO EXPIRED?!!??

For me it did not work. I tried taking the prescribed dose it didn’t work, then I took double the dose and still no effects. A better recommendation that I have is blue chew
