I have ordered from Rocket RX for over two years. I was told to try the new Super chewable. I did. I wasted $80.00+. They do not work. The tablets I used to order work so much better. Rocket RX refunded the money and took care of me.

Not for over 75's
I'm 77. Went through the long winded ordering process answering many personal questions, uploaded licence and a selfie, credit card details taking some 20 minutes and was rejected as I am over 75. It said that at the very end. Why not state that from the beginning? You take all my information and what do you do with it? I promptly emailed my concerns and days later no reaction. Price quoted was well above headline price.
*** Update Rocket responded to this review demonstrating no interest in the issues raised. Anyone over 75 filling in their forms is wasting their time and it seems any pricing you see will not be honored. I am sure they have my details and can contact me if they really care about customers.

Billed me, had not shipped medication yet, would not offer refund after canceling subscription that was unaware that I had. Price went up 50% from initial order. Do not order from this company, there are plenty of other honest suppliers out there. Customer service offered a credit to my account for future order which is a common scam so that they can keep your money and hopefully you forget about it.

Shipping is terrible
Price is good but as long as FedEx is used for shipping, I will not order from them again. Been seven days and still don't have my product.

Rocket RX is owned by HeliosX which is owned by Dwayne D’Souza and is based in London, England, NOT the US.
On February 19th, 2026, I sent Mr D’Souza an email about Rocket RX price escalations. He was so concerned that he DIDN’T RESPOND! Here’s the email I sent to Mr D’Souza:
“Good morning Dwayne, or, Good afternoon, if you’re in London.
I just bought ED medicine from one of your companies, Rocket Rx.
That was the first and last time I will buy ED medicine from your company.
As I worked my way through each of the screens on your website, here’s what happened to the price:
1st screen: $3.58 per pill (no discount because of the small quantity, no problem.) Total price: $28.64
2nd screen: $4.12 per pill (Why? I don’t know, I didn’t change anything.)
Total price: $33.00
*yes the math does not add up exactly, but $33.00 is what your screen said.*
3rd and final screen: $5.50 per pill (Again, Why? Again, I don’t know because I didn’t change anything.)
Total (and final) price: $44.00
So, the price for the eight pills went up $15.36 for absolutely NO reason.
That’s a sleazy way to do business Dwayne. You know that people have to go through all the screens, so after investing their time, they just want to be done with it.
That’s exactly how I felt, even though I knew I was getting ripped-off.
So, for $15.36, your company will not get another penny from me, and, unfortunately, I have to spend a lot of money on ED medicine.
I hope you change the way you do business, because since your company did that to me, you’re doing that to many others as well.”
