everything with this company seems to be perfect with the exception of when you re-order it says that if you re-order with it a specific period of time for my state, you don’t have to do a new video interview, but unfortunately, every single time I’ve re-ordered I’ve had to do the interview. Not really a big deal but kind of a waste of time for the practitioner and myself.

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us. We're thrilled to know that much of your experience has been wonderful! Just a quick note: to keep everything up to date, audio visual calls need to be done every 90 days, as required by law. We understand it might feel a bit repetitive during re-orders, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Thanks again for your valuable feedback!

I would put 5 stars but for some reason it's showing my order might not come in mail by tommrw and I over nighted it yesterday. I sure hope it does

Hi there! We appreciate your feedback! Please note that orders placed with an expedited service are best to be placed early in the day/week for a smoother shipping and delivery experience! We hope this helps! Thank you again for your feedback!

The service was quick easy, and transparent pricing was very reasonable. I have dealt with others in this industry and found the service and communication bad, and pricey. Rocket was great
