Sent me something I didn't order. Charged my account without my permission. UPDATE, was a technical glitch. Problem solved. All is good here.

Overall, I like the idea of this service a lot. Prices seem reasonable and it looks like I will have the products in a short timeframe. If all goes well I will continue to use this service. The website was easy to use and their questions to determine eligibility reasonable. The only problem I had is I wanted to order two different products and had to go through the entire process twice and place two separate orders.

Well in this order they finally did put cotton in the plastic jar so the pills shaking around doesn't sound like a rattling cage everybody knows that their pills but I really care but that's my own business and I don't want pills that I ordered be right around but they finally after three times got it right

Service was great after consultation product arrived pretty quick and discrete fairly priced l loved my experience but reorder could be more easy in stead of having to have another consultation

Works great ,saves me time going to the doctor to get a prescription . Good communication with the medical staff as well

My first order ran out and thought I could call and get a refill or at least get it on line but I could not. Instead I had to go in and start almost all over by answering the questioner. It would be much easier if you had a refill order tab.
