I've also been a repeat customer and…
I've also been a repeat customer and like others, my last Cialis order was a different pill in shape and color. The prescription had no affect whatsoever so I obtained some from the local pharmacy, which worked fine so clearly it was the pills. RocketRx has since contacted me and is sending a replacement order.
Response from Rocket RxApr 21, 2023
Hello Keith, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We take patient feedback very seriously here at RocketRX and we are always working to improve our services and better support our customers. We apologize that the medication you received was ineffective for you. Your most recent order was sent with a different manufacturer from your first order of Tadalafil (Cialis). Please note that we do not sell or share any personal information with 3rd parties as we are HIPAA compliant. We have followed up with an email to address these issues further. If you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, The RocketRX team
