Rocket IndustrialReviews of rocketindustrial.com

Very well run business. I am a repeat customer.

Reasonable pricing, an easy to navigate website and fast delivery!

I appreciate that you overnighted my order; however you forgot to ship it in the first place. I received a confirmation email on the day I ordered the item saying the date that it would ship. But when I called 10 days later to track the package, It had not gone out. Good reaction to the complaint, but do better in shipping.

Maggie Bliven made my experience great! Someone please give her a raise. She was very helpful when I ordered the incorrect amount online and then emailed to get the quantity adjusted. Tim (I wasn't given his last name), was great too, when there was confusion about the amount shipped. Very helpful and friendly crew you have.

5 mil vacuum chamber fish bags aren't easy to find nor at a decent price. Most suppliers don't even carry past 3 or 4 mil bags. Airline baggage handlers always manage to pierce my Salmon and Halibut 4 mil vac. bags, causing freezer burn, during my trip home from the annual fishing trip. Even using bone guards. My web search for 5 mil bags led me to Rocket Industrial! First off, I got humans on the phone! And I was transferred to Josh, he's The Guy! I had my order filled in minutes and shipping out the next day. They arrived quickly in good condition. Rocket Industrial has a happy customer in me.

Super Easy and great communication. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I reached out to several companies about the part we needed, and not only did Rocket Industrial get back to me a full day quicker than anyone else, the prices were unbeatable.

Our order was processed and delivered quickly.

The quality of product is always great as well as shipping time. Thank you all!
