Overall the experience was positive, I received the package in good standing. My only thought was about the lack of a tracking number included with the information about my order. I had to reach out via email to ask for this information when the order seemed to be taking longer than expected.

Orders a $9,000 Floor Scale / Pallet wrapper. No communications except order acknowledgement. Had to call them to find out that it's not shipping for 5-6 weeks.

I am glad to have Adam Donaldson to inspect this small condo unit at Skyline Plaza. He is a good home inspector, knows his work, and wrote up a clear easy to read inspection report with photos and items to be repaired spreadsheet. Thanks Adam!

The banding machine we ordered works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend. My one small compaint is that when we placed the order, it was noted that some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer but that if that was the case, we would receive email notification. I never received such an email but had to call a week after we placed the order and inquire about my item to figure out that this was the case and that shipment could take up to 4 weeks. We ended up receiving the item 2 weeks after the order was placed. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. I just wish that email notifying me that shipping would take longer than expected had been sent.
