I ordered on March 31. Still have not received order. Was told today when I called that it is back ordered until atleast April 10. Communication with this company is terrible. Will never use them again. UPDATE: I heard back from Kelley Seubert which is an account manager with Rocket Industrial. They are using this as a learning experience. Since we are a small business I think I would have asked if there was another product that could substitute until the right product came in or simply is there anything we can do to fix this situation. But no, they are just going to use this as a learning experience. What a joke. I would rather they had not said anything at all. Now they are offering 10% off on my next order. This customer service department is a joke. Why would I put another order in when you all treat your customers the way you do. Look at the reviews below, this is happening a lot.
