Rocket.netReviews of rocket.net

We have been using Rocket.net for a few years now and it has been excellent. Support is extremely fast and incredibly knowledgable and skilled every time, and no matter who you get on the team.

I needed to update the admin email address for a site. The confirmation email never arrived... so I asked for assistance from Rocket.net. Showrav saved the day by patiently helping me through the process.

Great support I got from Showrav Hasan at Rocket.net He is really helpful and does go beyond I needed, thanks Showrav.

The turn around is amazing, Showrav quickly helped resolve my website issue in no waiting time.

I recently opened an account to host a couple of client sites, and the experience has been great. I had a couple of queries whilst migrating the sites, and they answered everything via livechat, in less than a minute. Super helpful support agents, and an easy to use control panel. Not to mention, the sites are running extremely well on the new hosting.

With some help from Marcela S. my site page load time is 0.1s to 0.2s and i am very very happy. Excellent support and reliable fast hosting. With Google and other search engines putting pressure on sites to improve ( often unrealistically ie large image size and fast load times ), it is so nice to have a hosting company that gets the job done.

Their affiliate program is a joke. For a legitimate affiliate referral, they will not process the commission and make your account invalid.
