Rocket.net hosting provides five star service - expert, fast and friendly. Jawwad Khan today fixed a big problem on my website and which I thought was going to take many days to sort out. Ali Ahmed was also extremely helpful and took his time in diagnosing and researching the issue. As a website owner without technical expertise, I really don't know what I would do without the amazing support at Rocket.net. 5 stars is not enough! Thanks guys :)

Rocket.net is always helpful, always kind. They not once tell me: it must be something I'm doing... They always research what I say is happening, they come back with solid answers. 99% of the time they fix the issue for me. Working with Rocket.net is super easy, I wouldn't dream of using another host at this point (and I've used many over the years). Their service, support and hosted environments are incredible!!! It is worth the upgrade though to get object cache pro installed.

Icaro Benicio from Rocket.net turned one of the worst experiences in my business into an A+ solution. A Bluehost sales associate upsold me into a very expensive cloud based system they were promoting, and then proceeded to fail every step of the way, from a 2 week migration, to my website failing to work properly for an additional two weeks and then completely deleting my new website instead of the old site. It was a long 2 months dealing with them. Fast forward to this morning (a Saturday), I went to Rocket.net, began the chat, and Icaro instantly was at my service. He took everything from the backend of Bluehost and Squarespace, was able to migrate the website within 30 minutes and point my website back to the domain before noon. Bluehost refused to help me until Monday rolled around, wanted to recharge me to ensure service would be provided and the sales associate would not take any of my phone calls to try and resolve the problem in a timely manner. Going from that abominable service to getting 110% fantastic help with Rocket.net just eased my mind. I thought I had lost my website forever and fortunately they were able to recover the last backup fully and do so at a fraction of the price! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Highly recommend everyone to choose this for a website host!
