I wish I could give 6 stars! Been using Rocket.net for 2 years now. This guys are the absolute best of the best. Amazing hosting with lightning speed! Support has always answered in less then an hour and solved any issues in a quick and professional way. As a beginner I had quite a few questions (some not even related to hosting) and every time I got a accurate, professional and speedy response. Couldn't recommend this guys more!

Well, the company is still young but they are top notch, be it the service itself or the support that answers faster than my shadow. I had an issue with the payments and then to my big surprise, the CEO himself took me in charge and solved it as swiftly as the rest of the team does for other requests. Found out about this hosting service from several blog posts. I have never seen such a FAST hosting and customer support like Rocket.net. Their support is outstanding (A+++), just like their hosting services, their transparency and their pricing. Also to add: The Backend to manage the sites is so clean. I'm thankful this company / service exists. Customer first, that's what they do.

In the roughly 2 years of using Rocket.net they have been an extreme joy to use along with being one of the only hosting providers that were actually able to make sure my rather large and complex site ran very stable! Thank you!
