I am now with Rocket.net for about 3 months. I was with another big hosting company xxxground for 2 years and I really regret not migrating to Rocket.net earlier. Server is great, speed is ultra fast, teams are really helpful. They don't have a live chat at the moment but they respond with email quickly. More importantly, you can tell that their engineers are responding those tickets directly, which make things really smooth as they can explain and instruct you to fix things. I would wish I can give a six star. Keep going ROCKET!

easy peasy. quick and professional

Superb support team. I've just migrated from a well known host (begins with "S"!). I was happy with them, I found their support responsive and the speed of the site was pretty good. But I did want my site to be even faster and, after reading some reviews, I chose Rocket Net. The migration was seamless (I am not a developer) and the guys were great at answering all my questions - and moved my site to London where I'm based. My site is faster and scores higher on Speed Vitals and GT Metrix. From names I can remember - thanks to Andre, in particular, and Ben!
