The quality of the products is very good, I love the sunglasses for running and cycling, they have a lot of colours and cool designs!

Excellent products very good quality and fast delivery will purchase again!

My order was unexpectedly backordered. The team reached out proactively and gave me resolution options, then included an extra gift in my shipment as an (unnecessary) apology. Excellent communication and customer service, and I love my new saddle!

Shipping and receiving products was mildly confusing. However, the products and bang for the buck was worth it. If items state shipped or delivered just bare with them. They're on the way!

i love riding my bike Rockbros bags are so useful i use it a lot its quality is good

I ordered and received a ROCKBROS 1/4-Inch Ratchet Socket Wrench Set 2.5-8mm Allen Hex Torx Sockets. Unfortunately the 6mm Allen Hex was not included in the package. Instead of sending the missing hex, Rockbros send a whole new set! It was beyond expectation. I will continue to buy their products.

I purchased the pump last October and didn't have need to use it until I had a flat in May 2025. After sending in a request for a replacement pump and after a couple of messages back and forth, I received a replacement. Apparently the pump was faulty and the replacement was honored,
