Excellent communication and service

Thank you for the quick shipping during Christmas season. Son in law really liked his new tee.

I paid for it, got the money back and it kept going back and forth 4xs. Went to my bank and it was no an issue on my end. Emailed them and they said it was bank when it was not. It was a pain in the butt when I was low on cash and all of a sudden took out the remainder money I had and sometimes put me in overdraft. Giving only 3 stars because I got my items on time and good quality but lack the 2 remainder stars for unclear reasons what was happening.

The website has a great selection of shirts. The only gripe is they are a little pricey.

Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Attempted to buy two shirts, money taken from my account and then told my purchase had been been void. Asked for a refund and have been given the run around and still have yet to recieve the money. Will never buy from rock.com again and will inform my family and friends the same. If i could give NO stars, I would.
