Ordered shirt and learned standard shipping was nearly $8 added another shirt for shipping to make sense. Received shipping confirmation for both items. Then later received notification they had sold me a short they didn’t have. Refused to refund purchase.

The shirts were a womans medium, but must have been for a woman of 80 lbs. Was so disappointed in both shirts I purchased

Ordered a shirt I found for a great price only to later have my order cancelled. Afterwards I inquired the reasoning for the cancellation, they never responded. I'm willing to give them another chance, but it was a pretty negative first experience.

Overall a decent experience but a few headaches during the process. Listed below by severity. 1. Ordered 2 Large T-shirts. 1 fits like a large and the other fits like an XL. Hopefully it'll shrink. 2. Once USPS got my order to Canada, they handed it off to Canada Post to deliver it to me, but I was never told this or given a new tracking number, so I thought the package was lost or stolen for the 11 days between it leaving Vancouver and arriving in Ottawa. 3. My order shipped on the 18th but didn't appear on USPS tracking till the 23rd, contacted Rock.com Support to confirm it had shipped and was told to contact Merchandising with all my order information, which I had already included in my first email. 4. It took 19 days from the day of shipping till today (August 18th-Sept 5th) to receive the order. I know they cannot guarantee a delivery date. Even Amazon is late sometimes, but the international shipping policy on Rock.com lists 4-8 business days. Took more than double the listed time for my order.

I ordered a Who button down shirt to be sent to my brother for his birthday. That was over two weeks ago. Nothing. No word from Rock.com. They have an instant chat person who has nothing to do with orders. Really?! No phone numbers. No help. Nothing.
