I have ordered from Rock.com in the past and everything went smoothly, I would have given a 5, except this last purchase, a gift for christmas purchased on 12/8, never arrived, and still hasn't arrived as of 1/3. Since I like Rock.com and they are responsive, I a happy to give them another opportunity for my business, although I have been told I can't ask about a missing parcel until one month after purchase.

The additional fees to ship to Canada were more than the value of the purchase. Never again will I buy from the company without confirming ALL costs.

Bought a Led Zeppelin Icarus jacket and the lining in BOTH pockets came ripped, buttons rip out fairly easily plus i noticed if you put alittle bit of pressure with your hands in the pockets the stitching on the shoulders will tear, they have agreed to send a new one so lets see how this one turns out i guess. Overall not the worst place to order from but the jacket is defiantly low qaulity an should be reduced in price big time.

1. I would prefer if an illustration on the t-shirt was twice as small as its current size. 2. It feels tight when I wear the T-Shirt over other clothes. So waist part of it should be wider. Otherwise it is great to wear :) Item Number : 12161384

The t-shirt was considered custom - I don't know why since it was readily available on the website, with no disclaimer about it being custom. It was just a black shirt with the old style logo of the word TOOL on the front. No biggie, I thought. I did receive the shirt and it is good quality, but it took forever to get it. I mean, I live in Canada and I order stuff from the states all the time, but this shirt took 2 months to arrive, even though I paid for shipping that estimated 5-10 business days. I realize you can't control what happens at customs, but 2 months seems long. It was hard to reach anyone to speak with about this, and after leaving a phone message, I received an email 2 weeks later, citing customs as the reason for the delay. (BTW - I had to look up the business online to get a number since no phone number is provided on the Rock.com site) The shirt was great, the experience, not great. Not providing a phone number and then the shipping taking so long made me feel like I was scammed out of money - like the site was not legit, until I actually received the shirt. Made me nervous for online shopping in the future.

Little pricey

We ordered a shirt for my wife that she is happy with, quality is good. Price and shipping costs were reasonable. Shipping time however not so much, (Canada). It took longer than it was supposed to and tracking was unavailable. Inquiring to Rock.com was of no use either.
