RoboFormReviews of roboform.com

Roboform has been a reliable tool for several years. I tried others but this is my choice.

Quick response and solution to issue

Generally happy with the app, but disappointed that it doesn't work consistently on IOS devices (iPhone and iPad). Would be worth five stars if the interface and processing were consistent across all devices. UPDATE: I was promptly contacted by the company with an offer to help resolve the IOS issue. Exploring in more detail revealed that the problem is caused by a processing issue at my end, and by companies using different URLs for the same site. For their responsiveness and offer to dig deeper to resolve this I am adding an additional star to this review.

I've been using RoboForm for around 15 years. I can't imagine being without it.

I had a problem with the application and emailed for assistance. The response was very quick, which gave me precise step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this. I followed those instructions, and it did the trick. Too often companies are not specific in their response, and it was very refreshing to deal with somebody who gave clear and effective advice and guidance.

I've used RoboForm ever since I can remember. Never a problem. Invaluable!
