The accounts you sent us in question via email have been located and locked for review by our compliance team and your address has been removed from our database. -The Robly Team

Hey Alfredo, Whenever our deliverability team determines that your account has a low open rate (which impacts your sending reputation and that of the shared IPs Robly uses to send your content and that of our other customers), they may ask that you remove unengaged contacts that haven't opened an email from you in quite some time (usually a year or more) as following best list health practices is one of the best ways to improve your Open Rate. As for the conversion to the new editor, the code for the old editor was deprecated which made it necessary to change to the new editor so that we could still provide updates and fixes whenever necessary. During this time period, we did send out multiple emails a few months before we completely shut down the old editor to give our customers time to move over to the new editor. I would be more than happy to check on your template for you and put in an expedited request on your behalf if the correct template still has not been added to your account. Hey Emily, thanks for your feedback in regards to our new editor. In fact, our new editor is more mobile responsive but the issue is that not all devices/applications render emails the same way. Even the same application on various devices can render emails differently because of things like screen size. For this reason, (particularly when mobile emails are not centered because of things like pictures being different sizes on different screens) you may not have the same results across different devices/platforms being used to view the email. Our editor is 100% web based, so if you have an inconsistent internet connection while connected to our Campaign Editor, this can cause issues such as needing to refresh your page or certain changes not reflecting within the editor. Certain programs such as IP masking tools or VPNs can also cause an unstable connection to our website. -The Robly Team
