Professional and helpful advice and guidance from Erin. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in an employer and put me forward for a job which was a perfect match. Pleased to say I got the job! Erin is such a positive and helpful lady. A true gem and someone who knows her stuff.

The recruiters at Robert Half are unprofessional and disrespectful. I have over a decade of experience in an industry so I have been approached by a few recruiters at Robert Half over the past 3 months regarding job openings. I respond back, set up a time on the recruiter’s calendly only to be flaked on. The meeting was never canceled and no call was made and didn’t answer when I called. This has happened more then once and is disrespectful to me and my time.

Robert Half is very consistently the very model of the stereotype of "annoying recruiter" I am a Senior Software Engineer and have had lots of interactions with lots of recruiting agencies, and Robert Half is the only one that has earned a spot on my block list. One time in early 2020. I was interviewing with several companies and had received two offers. One of which was through Robert Half. I had decided that I was going to take a different job, and called the Robert Half recruiter to inform him that I would not be accepting the offer. His job paid slightly more, but was not remote and would have required a hour commute each day. He accused me of not being a good husband and not wanting to support my wife by not taking the highest paying job. My wife was working at the time as a practicing Attorney. Another time, shortly after starting a new position. I declined a cold-call interview offer from a Robert Half recruiter. The recruiter was offended, and tried to shame me over not being interested. "I thought you were a good person because you volunteer with (local charity event). I guess I was wrong".

From day 1, when I encountered Maxwell, he was just wonderful. He gave me interview tips to ace my interview, supported me during the onboarding process, and never ceased to check on me throughout my contract period. Robert Half will be a great help for job seekers. And I so strongly recommend Robert half for international students, new PR holders, and anyone who wants to change their career.

Poor service @ Cardiff Branch. Recruitment advisors for Finance & Accounting are poor at best, have very little, if any, subject knowledge and don't send appropriate candidates. Have recently found out we missed out on an exceptional candidate as they did not read her CV and see that she had exceptional IT & Power BI Skills, Very disappointing after being sent lots of other unsuitable CV's. Yours Sincerely Disappointed

Applied for a role in Ipswich - was called while at work last Thursday. Arranged to be called following day during lunch, and I ensured I was in a quiet spot to receive the call However, Natalie emailed advising she could not make the call - okay, no problem, things happen. Call rearranged for Monday 14th, eager not to miss my call, as I knew I would be on the train at the arranged time due to delays, I emailed Natalie, asking if we could arrange for 45 minutes later. No reply, and no calls at all. So here we are - 2 arrangements to be called - neither happened- Monday I didn't hear at all - no email no call. I emailed to complain and received a response from Natalie saying she was busy in a meeting?!? WE had a meeting arranged on the telephone!!! In said email I was asked to advise if I still wanted to hear about the role! If the consultant can't even manage to call me - twice - I hold out no hope my CV would ever get in front of the recruiter Very poor service! Won't apply for any further roles through this agency!!! I am sure the recruiter would not be happy with this level of service either!!
