10 out of 5 stars! They were very helpful. Also I am not a professional designer and they were very patient with me. The bag quality is AWESOME. I was so happy when I saw how they turned out. 16 ounce coffee bags, that is. The only suggestion I would have is to send the files as .ai files rather than .pdf. I had illustrator convert it to .pdf to submit but it only copied 1 layer? Anyway we figured it out and submitted again as .ai and everything was amazing from then on. I will be using and recommending Roastar!
