Great product, better service, very accessible, very willing to help. But you will pay for it - the only downside, shipping is very expensive (I paid $40 for standard shipping on 4 rolls of labels)

Great service and product. Just wish I would have known to request labels in rolls of 250 of less, a single roll of 2500 does not fit in my dispenser. Will order again this is a minor issue.

Adrienne was awesome with answering all questions! The sample proof arrived and we love it. My team used Adobe Illustrator to have the artwork file ready for press. We are currently waiting for the order to be printed and shipped.

Roastar provided excellent customer service. I ordered my labels on Monday, and they shipped them out the same day I’m set to receive them by Thursday, which I really appreciate. The only issue I ran into was during the ordering process. There seemed to be a glitch on the website that wouldn’t let me move forward to the next step. At first I thought it was my computer, but it turned out not to be. Along with that, the communication involved a bit of back-and forth to get everything sorted. Other than that, everything worked out, and I’m happy with the overall experience.

As far as reputable company, it's as good as it gets. The reason for my 4 star review is that it didn't save my work well. I designed my coffee bag, with lots of layers. I took reviewed it and took it to check out and at that point realized I wanted to make a small edit. I clicked on the edit project button and it had erased all of my layers. I had to upload all my images as well. There were also a couple of times where if froze, then all of my layers deleted and I had reupload everything again. I couldn't figure out how to access whatever I saved. I almost just quit and was going to go another company, but it finally worked. I made my order, but yesterday I wanted to go back into my project to review and maybe edit it, but couldn't access it. That was pretty annoying.

I like Roastar but I wish that they would've let me know the proof you order for $15 is exactly like the picture of the proof. I thought it was going to be formed into an actual bag. Also, I almost bought my bag with designs that were supposed to be on the bottom and no one notified me of it. Thank God I checked. So if you're doing a design you have to quintuple check it because no one else is going to! Just a FYI. They only rly answer emails in the morning or at the end of the day, you have to wait for ur design to be "approved" before u buy it so if you miss those messaging times or before the weekend to buy the bags you are out of luck. Pricing is fine for the small first order. Shipping cost isn't terrible. Also happy to support other US businesses.
