Last summer, I attended a packaging expo in Las Vegas to find a solution for sealing my product packaging more efficiently. After discussing my needs with various vendors, I learned that switching to a copacker could significantly reduce my costs from $2.00 per item to just $0.10-$0.50. This insight led me to explore copacking options, but I struggled to find the ideal partner. Returning to Roastar for what I thought would be a temporary solution, I was astounded by the service provided. At a time when I was considering leaving Roastar for a more cost-effective solution, their actions completely changed my perspective. Such exceptional service has made me a loyal Apple customer for over 15 years, and thanks to Roastars efforts, I anticipate a similarly long relationship with Roastar. Nick Schmitt was the guy I dealt with and I am not only impressed by how well Roastar, under Nick's guidance, met my unspoken needs but also by his follow-through on delivering a superior product. His enthusiasm for the coffee business, combined with his knowledge of what roasters need, makes him an invaluable asset to anyone in the industry. Nice bags and great turn around time.

The response was excellent. There are 4 instead of 5 stars due to 1.) confusing an old Mamaki Tea package mockup with the desired new one and 2.) an order for 8 oz coffee bags that was never placed.
