I got scammed. I won $2000, and tried to cash out $1500 of it. The cashier rejected the payout claiming I went over the betting limit during the promotion. Then took all the money I had won out of my game account and left me with my original $35 deposit. Now, 1st, not all of that money was even won during the promotion. Some was won later. 2nd, during the promotion, you are limited to what games you can play during the use of the coupon. If you try to play a game not covered by the coupon, it tells you, "Error, Game unavailable due to coupon restricions." How are you going to take my money that I WON out of my account? Had a deposit attempt and the deposit company didn't post to my account or back to my bank for 11 days and at the same time of withdrawal it overdrafts my account when the deposit was canceled at Bank before it did final attempt to pull it . They successfully withdrew and did not return my money for the 11 days and in which time I emailed roaring21 multiple times with the same. Lame answers that they were waiting for a response after 2 days of nothing I was told the same thing over and over then when they had confirmation the deposit company told the. 5 to 10 business days . Why is that possible when they can take it immediately from me to do nothing for me but cause overdraft issues and a hassle. It was refunded finally with not even thank you or a sorry .. very very sad issue with this crap here lately. Amongst other fairly recent issues that have been handled not to my advantage at the time of incident. Having a hard time wanting to deposit thru roaring21 . I joined this casino and di well the first week or so. After withdrawing I can't hit anything. I am beyond 30 deposits and nothing. Typical withdraw casino and then they lock up your account so you can't win.

THIS IS A SCAM CASINO 1000% They say you bet over the limit if you hit big money wont show my bet history for the game they say i bet over but they show everything else the need to be shut down had no issues cashing out smaller amounts until i tried to cash out 2g then suddenly i bet over the max bet of course i cant see my bet history for the bets they claim i went over! it is 100% a scam

STAY FAR AWAY! First it is very clear the system is rigged , you will win more when playing your bonus and then if you win after the bonus they will not pay you because you “played” over the betting limit but they first don’t tell you that so while you are waiting days going through a so called verification process you continue to play thinking you have a big win coming that never comes because it’s then when they tell you they have nullified the winnings. FCC has been contacted and they are looking into these scammers.

They put a rollover on your bonus of 100k. I cleared the 100k rollover tried to cash out 3k and they said they weren't going to pay it out because I used maxed bet on machines. Stay far away, tons of more legit casinos available.
