Thanks for sharing your first impressions of Roadtrippers Premium—we're glad to hear it was a good experience overall! We hear you about wanting to personalize those gray globes with your own photos. That’s great feedback, and we’ve shared it with our team! And totally understandable on using Waze—feel free to explore Roadtrippers' built-in navigation when you're ready. Thanks so much for the great review! We're glad Roadtrippers has helped you discover awesome places and navigate your journey. That issue with adding a stop on the way home sounds frustrating—we're sorry you experienced that! If your route out is similar to your route back, our planner could get confused about where to place that stop, but you always have full control to rearrange as needed. Our support team is happy to troubleshoot and help you with that should you ever need it! See you on down the road!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. It really highlights some important needs for travelers, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. You're absolutely right: safety is a top priority when planning a long trip, especially through unfamiliar areas or in changing weather. While Roadtrippers is designed to help discover interesting stops and plan scenic, memorable routes, we know that's just one piece of the puzzle. Information like traffic, weather conditions, safe detours, and nearby medical or law enforcement services is incredibly valuable, and we hear you loud and clear that it’s something you'd like to see integrated directly into the app. Your suggestions are being shared with our product team, and they’re exactly the kind of insights that help us shape future improvements. In the meantime, we’re sorry you had to turn to other tools to fill those gaps, and we truly hope we can evolve Roadtrippers to be a more complete and trusted resource for planners like you. Thanks again, and safe travels to you and your husband!

Thanks so much for sharing your journey with us—what an incredible trip! We’re thrilled Roadtrippers could be part of your cross-country adventure. Great route choices too—Morro Bay and Park City are favorites around here as well! We hope to join you on your next adventure (fewer cones, more views!).

Hey, thanks for sharing your thoughts! We're really sorry to hear about the outdated campground info and routing issues – that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. We’re constantly working to improve our data, and we appreciate your patience as we make updates. Thanks for being part of the Roadtrippers community, and we’re excited to get things back on track for you!

Hi there — thanks so much for your honest feedback, and we’re really glad to hear Roadtrippers is still coming in handy (even if just a little better than nothing right now 😄). That said, it sounds like you’re looking for some features that we do actually support, and we’d love the chance to help you get the most out of your Premium membership! You can absolutely widen the search radius along your route! As for sending your trip to your iPhone, we’d be happy to walk you through the steps for viewing and navigating your trip from our iOS app, so you don’t have to manually re-enter everything into Apple Maps. We’d really love to help you feel confident using these features before you decide whether or not to renew. Feel free to drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll be more than happy to walk you through it! Safe travels and thanks again for giving us a try!

Hi there - we're really sorry to hear about your experience, and especially about your wife's health. That sounds like a truly difficult time, and we understand how frustrating this situation must have been on top of everything else. We want to clarify that we don’t currently offer phone support, which is why you may not have reached someone who could assist directly. We handle all account and billing questions through email so we can securely access account info and provide proper support. If you haven’t already, please reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d really appreciate the chance to review your account details and see what we can do to make this right. We never want our members to feel unheard, and we definitely don’t intend for our billing process to feel unfair or unclear. Our goal is always to support your travels - not add stress to them. We hope to hear from you soon.
