Oh brother,,DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE,PAY ALL BILLS ON THE DAY,,,I was able to get approved to have mine removed I paid for the following month already it is a headache to receive the money back They mail you a check in 30-90 days but it took 3 secs to debit it off my card,, it is a very tedious process to get this going because when refund is brought up every one sends you to voicemail,, nobody knows anything,, 20 operators later I finally spoke to some one in billing who was able to actually help and be knowledgeable,, the one before her gave me the wrong email to request I emailed for few days and getting the Google this doesn't exist from Google ---let me just say this as far as the device it's ok no false positives,,but does fall out of calibration and will have you blowing till your light headed,,so the once a month calibration may not be enough,, u might have to go to shop on your own in between When they removed they messed up my lojack and air bag sensor so,, it's all easy getting into and hell getting out , refunds, removals

The staff at the Alexandria RoadGuard location (4562 Eisenhower Ave.) were always friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue. Although my ignition interlock device locked me out multiple times through no fault of my own, the staff acknowledged that the problem was with the device and worked with me to resolve each issue. I appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout the process.

Customer Service is garbage. It's a money grab to be sure. I've had a situation that involved me missing a retest. Boom. Violation - reset needed. When trying to reach someone to find out why I get dinged like this when several times before and after I successfully took the retest. Which means I have NO ALCOHOL in my system! The only way to dispute is to fill out an online form which they say may take 5 DAYS for a response. To which you will get an AI generated email saying they do not issue credit for this type of violation. We aren't their 'customers' we are a bank they withdraw dollars from. Don't fall for their website hype. There's no way they get 4.8 stars on Google. Not sure any of these companies are good - their equipment and testing are secret and there's zero regulation.
