My tech in Harrisonburg is amazing. Not his fault the internet was down for my appt Friday. But they are so understaffed nearest facility is 2.5 hrs away with a tech today. I’m locked out. Can’t even get through to RoadGuard for an unlock. No other car to drive. Need meds!

This company will make you come in less than 30days every month. After 2nd months or 3 months of service you will need to come in 2 weeks earlier than your normal service date.

Total joke... They hang up on you or just simply don't answer for hours. Its so frustrating and its intentional. After finally getting to a representative she was giggling and laughing about my situation. Totally rude, unprofessional. And to be honest, they could care less, they know they are like this and don't care. If I could give them no stars I would.

Called to get a quote on an interlock. Was told it would be $138 a month plus tax, plus monthly recalibration fees. When I informed them that TN law states that no provider may charge more than $125 TOTAL including recalibration, they said "that's the price". Will be reporting them to the TN Dept of Homeland Security and Attorney General to have their license to operate in TN revoked.

Mike at roadguard is horrible he charged me 50 to remove my interlock but to put it back in is 200 dollars. Please make this make sense. Highway robbery I was with them from 2018 until 2023. All to fill your pockets Mike is ridiculous. You always said they don't pay you well. Don't try to over charge me. I will being joining Smart start no where near y'all price. Sad and ugly company beware

The worst experience the guy literally told me he didn't have my appointment that was confirmed by email.

Had the device, a Drager BAIID, installed November of 2022. Shortly after it was installed the device would read please wait for sometimes up to thirty minutes before it was ready to test. Road Guard said it was a battery problem. Battery was replaced when the device was installed. Finally it was determined the battery in their device was the problem and they swapped out the device. Fast forward to this November and started having problems again. Now the first random test after starting won't register on the device. Device keeps saying repeat test until a violation timeout. I'm testing, just not registering with the device. This has happened 3 times now since my November callibration. Technician says he can't find anything wrong. Called Road Guard and they said an area manager would contact me concerning the issue. It's been 3 weeks since he was contacted about this and I'm still waiting for his call. Been using the device for a year. I didn't suddenly forget how to provide to test sample after a year. I'm down close to $500 in less than a month getting this device serviced do to lockouts and they're doing nothing to help. Don't think I'm ever going to hear from the area manager, my installer can't even reach him. I'll be contacting the secretary of state with my complaint and the BBB as well. Device was great when it worked. Getting any results from device problems has been terrible from day one.
