I’ve been using RMS Beauty products for about a year now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional customer service and product quality. Living in the Isle of Man, I initially faced challenges ordering directly from the US website, but their team went above and beyond to assist me. I had a fantastic video consultation where they recommended the perfect products and shades tailored to my needs. I also reached out via email, sharing photos for additional recommendations, and their responses were prompt and insightful. I’d especially like to mention Lisa and Becky at RMS who have been so kind, helpful, supportive and professional. Every product they suggested has exceeded my expectations, particularly the primer, eyelights, powder blush, and concealer. The concealer is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever used—no creasing and it gives my skin a wonderfully hydrated look. As someone with sensitive skin, I’m thrilled to report that all RMS products work harmoniously for me. I purchase my RMS favorites through Cult Beauty, where I benefit from a generous discount for bluelight card holders. Overall, my experience with RMS Beauty has been outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend their products and customer service to anyone looking for quality cosmetics!

I am in the UK and I placed an order for the UncoverUp Concealer which was shipped via courier. The courier failed to deliver 3 days running, so yesterday I contacted RMS who immediately sent out a replacement. Typically, my order arrived today, but the company simply told me to keep the duplicate. Fabulous customer service. I struggle with very dark under eye circles which make my wrinkles look worse and I have tried various colour correctors. This may be a touch pale for me during the summer, but I do think I may have found something which does what it says. Very happy.

I really love this line especially since I have mature skin. I’ve seen improvements in the texture and hydration of my skin since using. I also love the makeup line because it does not dry my skin out and the color range is not too orangey. I have seen negative comments about shipping. I agree it can take longer than if you order from Amazon. However, if you want to receive their monthly promotions and freebies, I definitely think it is well worth a couple of extra days to wait.

I love this company and their products. I'm over 70 and love the clean ingredients - love the lip2cheek and illuminizer, etc. Had a problem with my order being put in the mailbox in 100 degree weather and they sent me a new order immediately - Never had a problem with getting the products quickly and customer service has always been there! This is a bonafide company - NOT A SCAM as some say.....

I’ve bought a number of products from RMS Beauty and found them to be excellent quality. The loose face powder is wonderful, very fine milled and no build up when reapplied. There lipstick/stain is like a blast of moisture when used. I’ve received a fabulous free moisturiser which is excellent and have been able to track my order from the US to the UK with no issues so far. I’ve got my 3rd order arriving on Monday. Would definitely recommend for people of any ages as the quality of the products carry it.

Amazing! I’m baffled by these negative reviews. I have had nothing but exceptional customer service and no automatic shipments that I did not order or place! RMS Beauty products are quality and honestly as a 62 year-old female these are the best products I have ever used. They’re very hydrating and it just makes your face, and your skin glow remarkably! I will continue to use RMS beauty products as long as they continue to make them, excellent product! I highly recommend! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments!
