Terrible delivery times! Ordered a blusher weeks ago! On a separate note it arrived today and it’s a lovely blusher. I ordered ReDimension Hydra blush in French Rose. I am very pale and blushers can make me look like Aunt Sally (older women will understand). This is nice to put on and has a nice glow not greasy face looking. If you can handle long delivery times it’s worth ordering 👍🏻

I purchased rms beauty Legendary Seum Lipstick in Angela to replace L’Oréal Colour Riche in Divine Wine for a cruelty free option. The product is rather on the dry side but the color is almost a dupe.

After contacting customer service a couple of times my product finally arrived. It appeared the product hadn't been dispatched. I ordered a product on 19 June and it’s still not arrived. I did receive an update from customer services telling me it was on its way and shipping to uk 7-15 days. It’s now day 15 and tracking says it’s still not even been disptached! If I receive any useful update or the product does arrive I’ll come back with an update. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

This company does not seem legit. I made a purchase and waited for shipping info. I finally found a way to look at the order. It showed I owe $.02 more, then it would not allow me to pay the extra 2 cents. No communication from them. No way to contact them. I am disputing the charge with my bank. Update: they shipped the item after all. Overpriced but in good condition. Terrible customer service.
